As a hard money lender, finding and grading the right leads is the name of the game. I walked Winn through the way I was doing things, and he quickly saw which steps were safe and worth automating. About Winn

I grew up in Austin, Texas, and studied mathematics and economics at the University of Texas before moving to Durango. I later completed my business administration degree at Fort Lewis College. My career spans business analytics, financial systems, mortgage lending, real estate development and property management, hospitality operations, institutional analytics, and AI implementation. Outside work, I like building things with software, robotics, and 3D printing.
